Ibraheem Dulmeer is barrister and mediator at Normanton Chambers in London and is a door tenant at KBG Chambers. Prior to practising as a barrister, Ibraheem worked as a legal adviser for the Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE) for almost 6 years, providing advice and training to residential leaseholders, lawyers and managing agents on a wide range of landlord & tenant matters.
Ibraheem’s practice primarily focuses on residential landlord and tenant law. He is a member of the IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Management) and is an Associate member of RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors). Ibraheem has featured in publications including: Estates Gazette, Landlord and Tenant Review, Law Society’s Property in Practice, RICS Property Journal, News on the Block and The Negotiator.
Roger Southam advises and consults with leasehold managers, owners and freeholders. He ran a successful UK leasehold manager and advisor for 27 years which was at the forefront of customer service for leaseholders and delivery of well-managed properties. He has advised Plc’s, REIT’s and leaseholders and owners needing help. He also successfully acts in First Tier Tribunal and has taken cases on service charges, s20, Appointment of Manager, Right to Manage for both leaseholders, managers and freeholders. He is former Chairman of the Leasehold Advisory Service and was appointed to transform the Government body into self-financing entity. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Fellow of Institute of Residential Property Management and Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
