Martyn Gerrard, recently hailed as the Best London Estate Agent at The Negotiator Awards, is today announcing the acquisition of Palmers Green-based estate and lettings agent Range Homes.
The near £1 million deal will see the highly regarded services offered by Range Homes, which include lettings valuations and management, guaranteed rent packages, and property management, integrated into the comprehensive lettings services already offered by Martyn Gerrard across north and northwest London, and beyond.
Range Homes, founded by Chanel Ali, has delivered an exceptional personal service to its customers and clients since its launch in 2008, making it ideally suited to join forces with Martyn Gerrard. Ms Ali will continue to work alongside the Martyn Gerrard team for the mutual benefit of the agency’s clients and the business.
The strategic acquisition forms a part of Martyn Gerrard’s growth plans, and it will bolster the business’ ability to provide best in class services to landlords, as well as buyers and sellers.
The acquisition will especially support the continued growth of Martyn Gerrard’s recently launched Winchmore Hill office, which opened its doors in January 2023.
