Building and fire safety specialist, Trail Group, has marked its 20th anniversary. To celebrate this important milestone, Trail’s directors hosted an event in a spectacular location overlooking the Tower of London.
Over 100 clients, supply chain partners and members of the Trail Group team attended.
Trail Group has expanded over the last two decades and now offers an even wider range of services to building owners, occupiers, landlords and property managers from a single source – including passive and active fire protection, electrical testing and installations, security systems, pest control, and building refurbishments, remediation works, extensions and upgrades.
Its teams operate nationally and work as a trusted and responsive partner to clients in both public and private sectors – from national private landlords, housing associations and local authorities to hospitals, offices, retail operators, schools, colleges and museums.
According to Founder and CEO Warren Wright, “Building safety and compliance remain central to everything we do. We are committed to helping property managers, building owners and operators reduce risk in a constantly changing legislative environment, with the ultimate aim of improving assets for occupiers, residents and the wider community.”
“I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank everyone who has supported Trail Group over the last 20 years and particularly to our brilliant teams across the business. We are looking forward to the next decade and to making a difference in everything we do.”
Jon Crosby, Managing Director of Trail Group, added, “Trail Group has significant growth potential and a strong trajectory. We already have a strong presence and track record in the housing sector, particularly in the South East – working with both major private landlords and social housing providers. There are clear opportunities for us to expand our service offer to help our clients enhance and protect their building assets on a number of levels. We are also well placed to help clients in other sub-sectors of residential – such as care homes and student accommodation.”
As part of its 20th anniversary celebrations, Trail Group is undertaking and supporting an increased number of charitable initiatives this year. These include a major project to fully refurbish a building in Sittingbourne, Kent to create a much-needed community hub, café and foodbank for use by two charities that help local people in financial deprivation.
