The wait is finally over! News on the Block is thrilled to reveal the eagerly anticipated shortlist for the Property Management Awards 2024.
Recognising outstanding achievement and innovation within the property management industry, this year's awards spotlight some of the most dynamic and successful companies across the sector. From trailblazing boutique firms and innovative PropTech companies to new individuals who have recently joined the the industry, the caliber of entries was exceptional, making this year's competition fiercer than ever.
Over the past few weeks, our panel of judges has meticulously reviewed each entry, engaging in rigorous discussions to finalise the shortlist. The Boutique Property Management Company and Scale Up Property Management Company categories were particularly competitive, with judges in that group noting the exceptional quality and close scores, underscoring the tight nature of these categories.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our dedicated judges for their time, effort, and invaluable support. Their expert feedback on entries will be available upon request after the awards ceremony.
All shortlisted companies represent the very best of the property management industry, demonstrating excellence, innovation, and leadership in their respective fields.
The winners will be revealed at the prestigious awards ceremony on 21 November 2024, held at City Central at The HAC, London. With limited tickets remaining, we encourage anyone who hasn’t secured theirs to contact us as soon as possible.
