Regional businesses came together for an night of charitable giving and merriment at the Beresfords annual property dinner last month, to raise funds for Essex and Herts Air Ambulance (EHAAT).
Over 180 attendees enjoyed the prestigious event at Down Hall Hotel & Spa in Bishops Stortford, hosted by property group, Beresfords. A total of £16,000 was raised for the EHAAT, an incredible local charity of which Beresfords has supported for over ten years.
Essex and Herts Air Ambulance provide a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) by bringing the hospital to the critically ill and injured patients of Essex, Hertfordshire, and surrounding areas. The lifesaving service has been running for 26 years and is free and provided 24 hours a day by helicopters and by rapid response vehicles.
Every critical care team consists of a pilot and co-pilot, pre-hospital care doctor and a critical care paramedic, and all money raised will go to supporting its valuable services to the community.
Guests enjoyed a raffle, auction, and silent auction at the event, with prizes including a range of London experiences, a private chef dinner for six and luxury getaways.
Sponsors for prizes included Mode Photography for Gold, Birkett Long for Silver and Clive Emson Auctioneers and Jardine Colchester Ferrari for Bronze. Table sponsors included Reapit and Propcall.
For guests who remained at the venue until the next day, an insightful and inspiring AI seminar and networking breakfast was provided.
