With increased security, users can conveniently access important information about their building 24/7 from their mobile device.
Available to download on Android or IOS, over 2,000 customers have downloaded the app since the release in October, marking a significant milestone for HML. Designed to improve the customer experience, HML Connect, previously known as HML 360, transforms the way property owners and leaseholders can communicate with their property managers, whilst enabling users to perform real-time financial monitoring, and instantly raise and track requests, all at the click of a button.
The portal also offers a dedicated and secure area exclusively for Directors. The Directors Area gives users access to information such as pending invoices, risk assessments, and a designated communication platform to assist customers and their Property Manager to agree on solutions quickly and efficiently.
