Placekeeper Management is a professional and trusted property managing agent, managing great places for the benefit of communities across the North of England.
We provide ethical estate and block management, working with developers, housebuilders, freeholders property management companies, Right To Manage (RTM) companies and Residents Management Companies (RMCs) as the managing agent.
Focusing on challenging the existing approach to property management, Placekeeper is a managing agent commited to delivering residential management services which deliver better places for the residents and communities that use them. Placekeeping is about ending the traditional pattern where developments only look amazing until the final plot is sold. Instead, we’ll be injecting a bit of pride, care and working hard with our resident customers to improve the places we manage over time.

What we manage
We currently manage sites across the North of England and Midlands, ranging in scale from 4 dwellings up to 150 houses.
We look after a broad range of assets on these sites, including:
- Freehold and leasehold properties

- Parks
- Sustainable urban drainage systems (SuDS)
- Private drains and storage tanks

Safeguards
- Service charge monies are ring-fenced and held in trust within separate a designated bank account under the name of the property.
- All interest earned is retained within the separate individual client account for the benefit of the current and future property owners.
- We will never commit to expenditure if the required service charge funds are not available.
- We a member of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS), one of the two Government approved redress schemes for property managers.
- Our professional liability insurance cover is for £5m.
- We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for GDPR purposes and processing of personal date. Our data processing / privacy policy is available on our website.
