Earl Kendrick is an award-winning firm of chartered building surveyors serving key property management clients from offices in London, Bristol, Brighton, Manchester and the Cotswolds.
In 2019, building on seven years of successful practice, and following feedback from clients, the business galvanised into a smaller, director-led consultancy focused on quality service rather than high-volume business.
The team is comprised of expert senior surveyors, some of whom are directors and shareholders in the company. Our surveyors offer a personal and streamlined service, partnering with key residential management clients and property owners, to provide a tailored, technical addition to their own teams.
Our view is that technical experience and qualifications are essential but should be a given. Fundamentally our business is about people – the people who live and work in the buildings under our care. So whilst our technical ability sits at the core of what we do, so much of our success is thanks to our close and long-standing relationships with our clients. We put a premium on excellent communications with all stakeholders in any given project, and ensure their interests are taken into account at every stage.
We are also proud of our focus on Corporate and Social Responsibility, from helping clients make their properties more energy efficient, saving long-term cost and environmental damage, to making regular contributions to charities like Misizi Africa, an orphanage in Lesotho, and the homelessness charity Emmaus Sussex.
