Parkfords Management provide Residential Block Management. We work with Individual Freeholders, Large Corporate Freeholders, Residential Management Companies and Right to Manage companies to cover all aspects of Block management including service charge collection, Ground rent collection, arranging all works required, abiding by the RICS code of practice and all RMC/RTM company secretarial duties amongst many other things.
