McDowalls are a firm with a proud history of serving Londoners with a true general practice firm of surveyors. Established back in 1880 to serve the needs of East Londoners over time the firm grew to cover an ever increasing area.
Today, led by Chris Baker the firms owner since 2011, the firm has expanded and now provides services throughout London and the South East. These included residential agency, property management and valuation services.
Our clients range from private individuals with a single unit to huge organisations responsible for the homes of tens of thousands of people.
