The Managing Director of property management company FirstPort Bespoke Property Services has stepped down. Sue Petri had spearheaded “large and complex and luxury brands” for the Brighton-based firm and had delivered growth and improved the quality of service over five years. Sue, who will leave on January 12, 2018 – said she had recently taken stock of her life as she was spending the working week away from her Gloucestershire home. She added: “I am proud of what we achieved together at FirstPort Bespoke. I feel the time is now right for me personally to pause and take stock before moving on to new challenges. “Having spent the week away from my home in Gloucestershire for five years, I am looking forward to catching up with my husband and my home life.” Chief exeutive Nigel Howell said:
“Sue has been a key part of the executive team. She leaves with our thanks, and our very best wishes for her continued success.”
Following Sue’s departure, the FirstPort Bespoke portfolio will be managed by managing director Nygel Scourfield alongside his existing property services portfolio.
