Residential property management company, Encore, is celebrating being shortlisted in both the Property Management Company of the Year and Employer of the Year categories in this year’s Negotiator Awards.
A panel of independent judges comprising a host of representatives from across the industry will review entries, and winners will be announced at a presentation ceremony on 25th November at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in London.
This is not the first time Encore has impressed judges at The Negotiator Awards. The company currently holds the Gold Award in the Property Management Company of the Year category, having clinched the title in 2021. In previous years, Encore has taken home both bronze and silver in the same category. Encore also won the Silver Award in the Employer of the Year category at the 2021 ceremony after being honoured with the Gold Award in 2019, 2018 and 2016 respectively.
