Knight Frank’s residential management division joins Encore

Joaquim Fillola, Encore CEO

Knight Frank’s Residential Asset Management (RAM) business has become part of the specialist residential managing agent, Encore.

Knight Frank’s RAM business provides block management services to Prime Central London developers and resident management companies, looking after a portfolio of high-end developments.

This follows Knight Frank’s strategic decision to no longer provide residential block management services and to focus on its core agency business.

Joaquim Fillola, Encore CEO said “Knight Frank has tremendous brand pedigree, a great team and long-standing client partnerships. We are proud they have chosen Encore to be the custodians for their residential management people and clients.

“With its niche of high-end developments, it will complement and extend our presence in central London. We are delighted to be working with like-minded professionals who are focussed on delivering results for our clients.”

Michael Toogood, Partner of Knight Frank said “Whilst this has been a carefully considered decision by Knight Frank, I am delighted at the enthusiastic feedback from clients and staff alike as to the next chapter in our growth. Under Encore’s stewardship I know the whole team shares the excitement as to the compelling service proposition that we can now offer new clients in the Prime Central London marketplace.”

All Knight Frank RAM head office and onsite staff will remain with the business as it transfers, ensuring a smooth transition for clients and staff. The team will join Encore’s London office near Liverpool Street and will operate under the Encore brand.

In November, Encore was awarded Property Management Company of the Year at the industry’s prestigious Property Management Awards.

Encore recently announced the appointment of Jason Grieve in the newly created role of Head of Site Operations, where he will oversee the smooth operation of developments with site-based teams. This follows the appointment of Dean Clarke as Estate Management Director, with responsibility for all regional offices and client delivery.
