Triple celebrations at Pennycuick Collins

L to R: Lyndsey Cannon-Leach, David Baker, Neil Randle

Independent award winning property consultancy, Pennycuick Collins, has announced the promotion of two of its staff drawn from the residential and Building Consultancy teams. Chartered Building surveyor, David Baker, is promoted to Associate Director, whilst Neil Randle becomes a Senior Property Manager in the Residential Lettings and Management team.  David joined the firm in 2004 and oversees major works and the cyclical maintenance work at management portfolios of longstanding clients of the firm.  Neil joined the firm in January 2018, and is a key point of contact for residential landlords and tenants.

Lyndsey Cannon-Leach, head of the firm’s Residential Service Charge team, has also been named a Fellow of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM). This discretionary category is the highest grade of membership awarded to professionals who have made a significant contribution to the development of the sector over and above that made to their own business.

Speaking about these successes, Lyndsey Cannon-Leach said:

...

“2019 is turning out to be our most successful on record. These promotions reflect the commitment of David and Neil in delivering outstanding client service and are thoroughly deserved. To achieve a Fellowship of the IPRM is the icing on the cake, in a week which also saw Pennycuick Collins awarded the Regional Managing Agency of the Year at the West Midlands Insider awards.”
