Specialist property litigation firm Brady Solicitors has marked its fifth birthday with the appointment of five property management specialists to its 24-person-strong Nottingham team. Established in March 2008 by property litigation lawyer Clare Brady, the firm has established itself as one of the UK’s leading law firms in the property management sector, with a recognised specialism in service charge recovery and related disputes. Dispute resolution specialist Liz Rowen has joined Bradys from SLC Solicitors, where she was a team leader in its service charge litigation team.
Fellow solicitor and new recruit Amy Hope-Smith spent five years at East Midlands law firm Nelsons, where she specialised in commercial disputes. Amy is spearheading Bradys’commercial property disputes team.
Well-known industry professional Caroline Lee brings 25 years’ experience across the legal and property management sectors, including nine years at Brethertons where she established and led their service charge recovery team.
Completing the quintet of new recruits are Caroline Miyagawa and Holly Jenkins, both of whom join the litigation team. Caroline spent 14 years with Cartwright King and Holly’s experience includes an in-house role at Santander in Leicester, where she handled mortgage litigation work, including forfeiture.
