Earl Kendrick is delighted to announce the appointment of Harry Chapman-Eamer as Principal Designer – Building Regulations. In this role, Harry will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring design work to ensure full compliance with Building Safety Regulations.
With an extensive background in architectural technology and a wealth of experience as a Principal Designer, Harry has been at the forefront of building safety regulations for several years. His expertise lies in integrating safety and compliance measures from project inception to completion, ensuring that all developments adhere to the highest standards. With his extensive experience, Harry will be taking the lead in submitting Building Control applications for work on High-Risk Buildings to the Building Safety Regulator.
Harry joins Earl Kendrick with a proven track record of distinction, underpinned by his skills, knowledge, and experience in fulfilling duties under the latest regulatory frameworks. He has already begun undertaking building control applications to the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) on behalf of our architectural, managing agent, and leaseholder clients. These applications support vital upgrades to High-Risk Buildings (HRBs), reinforcing Earl Kendrick’s commitment to safety, compliance, and excellence in the built environment.
In his previous role, Harry played a pivotal role in producing and implementing BSR documentation while also developing bespoke procedures to maintain compliance. His collaborative approach ensured these processes were successfully embedded across projects, demonstrating his ability to work across teams to achieve regulatory assurance.
