Plans for a 19-storey block of flats that is covered in more than 5,000 trees and plants have been unveiled.
The skyscraper is one of a host of schemes that make up a “Green Policy Plan” in the Dutch city of Eindhoven.
Designed by Italian firm Stefano Boeri Architetti, the greenery-covered tower will prioritise affordable housing. No completion date has yet been announced for the apartments, which will be developed by social housing foundation Sint Trudo.
