Horizon Management Appointed to Manage Sheffield’s Landmark – Hallam Towers

 The appointment follows Horizon’s collaboration with the Resident Taskforce during the pre-handover phase, supporting residents as they prepare to assume control of the Residential Management Company (RMC). Horizon will now oversee the operational handover, working closely with developers and residents to ensure a seamless transition from the existing managing agent.
