Planning and development consultancy Lichfields has announced 10 promotions, including five new planning directors and two associate directors, reflecting the company’s continued success and strong position in housing, leisure and tourism, infrastructure and energy sectors.
The newly promoted planning directors include James Cox, Emma Gomersal, Sarah Moorhouse, Melissa Wilson and Myles Wild-Smith.
Emma Gomersal and James Cox strengthen one of Yorkshire’s strongest senior-level planning and development teams. Gomersal has over a decade of experience in commercial and mixed-use developments and Cox specialises in strategic land promotion and infrastructure projects.
Sarah Moorhouse, who helped set up the Thames Valley office in 2015, is a leading industry figure in high-profile tourism and leisure developments.
Melissa Wilson, based in Lichfield’s Manchester office, has over 14 years of experience in town planning and landscape architecture. She specialises in coordinating Environmental Impact Assessments and delivering large-scale residential, energy and infrastructure projects.
Myles Wild-Smith, based in Lichfields’ Birmingham office, specialises in strategic land promotion and major housing and logistics developments.
Lichfields has also promoted Felix Charteris (London) and Max Kidd-Rossiter (Manchester) to Associate Director; George Fennell (London) to Senior Heritage Consultant; and Rhiannon Harrop-Griffiths (Cardiff) and Steve Rowe (Manchester) to Senior Planner.
