Peverel OM national residential property management experts has made a number of new appointments and internal promotions recently.
Alan McDade has moved from ‘Community at Heart’ where he worked as a Housing Coordinator to his new post as Development Manager in Portishead.
Patrick Coleman has joined as Development Manager at ‘Beaufort Park’ in London NW9 he previously worked as a Residential Manager at ‘Portman Towers’.
Sandra Martin has moved from ‘Dominion Housing Group’ where she worked as a Leasehold Services Officer to join Peverel OM as a Development Manager on a 600 unit site in Wandsworth.
Laura Cholerton has been promoted to Assistant Development Manager at one of London’s most sought-after South East developments from the renowned 350-acre Repton Park development in Essex.
Peverel OM Development Managers are site specific and are primarily responsible for the effective and efficient management of a Peverel OM managed developments, they act as the main point of contact to residents, contractors and staff to ensure and oversee the smooth running of the site.
Dorothea Robinson who previously worked as a Senior Building and Maintenance Manager for the ‘London Borough of Newham Council’ has been appointed as Facilities Manager at the award-winning St. Georges Wharf in Vauxhall alongside Steve Whittaker.
Ben Jarvis has joined Peverel OM as a Business Coordinator where he will provide administrative support to Estate Managers, residents and contractors to ensure that workload for any major works including Section 20 notices are attended and dealt with within service level agreements. Ben was previously a Business Hire Manager for SMH Fleet Solutions.
Zahid Mahmood has joined as Customer Coordinator he previously worked as a Customer Service Agent for Virgin Media.
