The LEASE annual conference is fast approaching!

Join News on the Block at this year's annual LEASE conference. As always the line up is formidable is a veritable who’s who of residential leasehold!

LEASE is a government funded body that provides free legal advice on any aspect of residential leasehold and Commonhold to leaseholders, landlords, professional advisers and to Government.

Each year LEASE responds to more than 32,000 enquiries and is therefore ideally placed to understand the concerns and issues of all participants in the sector.

This year the programme includes and introduction from chairman Damian Greenish and an opening presentation titled ‘LEASE now and tomorrow’ by current chief executive Anthony Essien.

Other speakers include Bruce Maunder-Taylor, Iain Wright MP, Andrew Pridell, Phillip Rainey, James Driscoll, Paul Hughes and John Mills.
